This has been working directly within one of the UK's largest technical organisations, and as a consultant to corporate, educational and community groups for a global leader in sustainability research and consultancy. My passion is helping others to articulate and define a strategy to achieve their sustainability goals for business growth and improvement.

THE KEY TO SUSTAINABILITY SUCCESS?
A great article (click picture or above) poped in to my LinkedIn feed this week, discussing the need to embed CSR as a part of everyones role.
It's main point is that it takes a whole community effort for lasting impact and change, not a lone ranger in a CSR department. I know from experience with my own clients that this is certainly true, and more organisations should be focussing on upskilling leadership and management in sustainability knowledge and awareness.
I wouldn't go so far as the author in saying close down the CSR department but it provides some fantastic insight and stats we should all take note of.
